Another phone from BlackBerry has been found via a leak, but this time, it is more detailed and looking more official than any other leak coming out. The BlackBerry Bold 9900 Dakota, which would be coming in Sprint, has all the valuable information needed, even including the launching date, and the price of the phone on sale. It targets to have existing BlackBerry fans burn their curiosity with the latest apps, souped up hardware, and touch screen, while having that QWERTY goodness under the screen.
There isn’t much about specs, but Bold 9900 has a 1.2GHz processor, which will be operated on a new BlackBerry OS 7. It has a 2.6-inch Transmissive LCD display, which takes advantage of its 5MP camera with LED Flash and 720p video recording. This would be the first 4G phone for Sprint with 14.4 Mbps in HSPA+. It would be launched on all ends, August 31, selling at $299.99 with a 2-year contract after a $50 mail in rebate.
