Sprint HTC EVO 3D Official: Hands-On, Specs and Availability

It is now official thanks to the Sprint CTIA Event today; yes we are talking about the HTC EVO 3D. Sprint has officially announced this new smartphone and we have a few details.

The new HTC EVO 3D is exclusive to Sprint and features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4.3-inch 3D display that does not require 3D glasses to be worn and WiMAX connectivity that includes mobile hotspot support.

This smartphone also comes with dual 5 megapixel cameras with a flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, support for 1080p video playback, (720p for 3D content), Android 2.3 with Sense.

There is no word on pricing or release date but it has been suggested that it will come sometime this summer, but we will let you know as soon as we know, if you head on over to Engadget they have an impressive photo gallery for you to feast your eyes on the new Sprint HTC EVO 3D smartphone.
