Everything Everywhere opens second and third branded stores

New stores in Eltham and Bishops Stortford to open today and will be followed by two more in Lowestoft and Evesham later this month

Everything Everywhere, the parent company of T-Mobile and Orange has today opened its second and third branded retail stores as part of a six month trial.

New stores in Eltham and Bishops Stortford opened to the public today (March 4) at 12:00pm.

It follows the first Everything Everywhere store which opened in Altrincham last month (February 18) bringing the T-Mobile and Orange brands together in a single sales environment.

Everything Everywhere stores in Lowestoft and Evesham will also open later this month.

Each location originally included both Orange and T-Mobile retail stores, but have now been merged in to one.

Everything Everywhere confirmed the dormant store will be kept pending the results of the trial.

All existing staff have been retrained over the past four weeks to sell both networks and products in the Everything Everywhere range.

Customers choosing products or service from both network brands will receive separate Orange and T-Mobile bills for each, and not a single Everything Everywhere one, it confirmed.

No further Everything Everywhere stores are planned to open before October when its brand strategy trials conclude.

Each store includes fully working demo handsets, a transparent stock room, free WiFi for all customers, touch screen computers to view products and create deals and customer phone charging.

Speaking at the Eltham branch which opened today, Everything Everywhere head of store format Alan Howard said: “Our expectation and aspiration is to provide the best service which is physically possible on the high street.

“And if we achieve that and are customers tell us that then we will be in a very good place and a very strong position.”
