Summary
With the Mystery Shop focusing on such a hotly contested handset feature, the results were surprisingly mixed: staff seemed to be either very knowledgeable or struggled to provide clear information.
The HTC Desire handset proved a popular choice, alongside the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, with similarly priced tariffs supporting all recommendations.
