Summary
Commercially Three holds the cards with a substantially better tariff offer for a customer who just wants an iPad. If this was judged on value alone it would have walked off with it.
Orange demonstrated the Samsung Galaxy extremely well but didn’t provide any other option and whilst Carphone had both products it was the sales process that was flawed.
T-Mobile took the win with Mateasa demonstrating great service supported by a full product range, a tariff that didn’t deliver charge for going over your limit and excellent knowledge.
