The Nokia E7 is finally up for pre-order. No, really. It is. In Finland, that is.
Yes, the long overdue touchscreen QWERTY Eseries slider is now up on Nokia Finland’s website ready for pre-order, which might not mean much for local residents, but is a good sign that it’s won’t be long now before its likewise available in other markets as well. It’s scheduled to arrive in February and priced at €599 fresh and unlocked. Converted to US currency, that’s roughly a little over $800, which could serve as a good basis for its possible retail price once it’s launched locally. Rogers has been previously tipped as the carrier who will be offering up this new Nokia handset in Canada.
The Nokia E7 runs on Symbian^3, and packs a 4-inch touchscreen display complete with their new ClearBlack tech, a slide-out full QWERTY keypad, an 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, 720p HD video recording, WiFi (b/g/n), Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 10.2MBps HSDPA connectivity, HDMI out, and 16GB built-in memory sans microSD card slot.
So, how abou it guys? Excited for the Nokia E7, or has its initial appeal already worn off due to its delayed release?
