Satellite-phone provider Iridium has expanded its service guarantee program to more service partners.
Under its Network Quality Guarantee, Iridium will provide up to 100 minutes of airtime, and up to three months of free subscriptions if the Iridium network fails to initiate voice calls from the new Iridium 9555 or Iridium 9505A phones.
Customers can submit claims through service providers within the first 90 days of activation. This follows its most recent update of its satellite data service last December.
