Too bad there were no screenshots for these babies. It has been mentioned that Xperia Blog was able to discover a new Sony Ericsson Android smartphone via UAPs. The unit has been revealed as the WT19 series, which has two models. The WT19i will be the “international” release, and the WT19a is the “American” model launch. While many may be dismayed that the UAPs did not last that long, there has been another sighting confirming that the WT19 series is a Walkman phone, after its predecessor, the WT18i.
The shot was actually caught from the genuine XML profile for the unit. This newly expected phone will have a 3.2-inch, 320480 pixels HVGA touch screen and a speeding Cortex-A8 processor, all bundled with Android Gingerbread. It also has a fully packed 5-megapixel autofocus camera that is also good for HD video recording. It will also include other standard features like 3G networking, WiFi, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone is set to be launched late June.
