Rogers releasing the LG Phoenix May 10th
This LG Android phone may go by a different name, but by all indications, this is one and the same as the Optimus One. It sports a 3.2-inch touchscreen, 3.2-megapixel camera, WiFi, and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo. No word on its pricing yet. But as a point of comparison, AT&T also has this budget-friendly Android phone as part of their line-up and is offering it up for just $49.99 on a 2-yr contract.

SCARY: Your iPhone Secretly Tracks Everywhere You Go
What you don’t know won’t hurt you. True, but it could potentially put you at risk as well. That’s exactly what the iPhone’s been doing, secretly recording you’re every trip and location. The data is stored on your iPhone and snynced to your computer. It’s not transmitted to Apple so there’s no abuse or immediate risk here, but it is a privacy issue, nonetheless, and will be a huge problem once hackers find a way to access this data.

BlackBerry Curve Touch mock-up

BlackBerry Curve Touch to be revealed at BlackBerry World; June-July launch
What you’re looking at isn’t the Storm 3. That’s actually a mock-up of the new Curve dubbed as the Curve Touch. It’s a full-touchscreen device that reportedly packs a 3.25-inch HVGA display with a 5-megapixel camera and an 800MHz processor with 512MB RAM running under the hood. More importantly, this baby is expected to be announced at next month’s BlackBerry World conference, and should be available on T-Mobile soon.

Reuters: Apple to ship iPhone 5 in September
The iPhone 5 in September, that’s nothing new. But previous reports suggested that production will begin in that month. This new one, however, says otherwise. According to Reuters, Apple will begin shipping the 2011 iPhone in September as confirmed by three of their sources. Production will actually begin either in July or August. Which of the current iPhone 5 rumors is true? Only time will tell, but one thing we’re definitely sure of, something will be happening in September.
