LG Announces A160 Candybar

LG just announced a new phone in the market LG A160, which is a candy bar targeted at users who want not just a basic functionality, but also an attractive design.

Phone does look pretty good (for a device that merely cost less than $100) and features a dual-band GSM connectivity (900 / 800 MHz), FM radio, a 2 inch QCIF (176 X 144 pixels) display, USB 2.0, MP3 player, VGA photo camera with video recording, Micro SD card supporter up to 2 GB, and contains a Bluetooth of 2.0.

Weighing 81 grams and measuring 110 x 47.5x 14.1 mm, LG A160 comes with a 950 mash battery that should minimum provide up to 8 hours of talk-time. A160 seems to be available as of now in Russia for 2,490 Rubbles (about €61 or $84). LG will most probably launch its new phone in the market very soon. Let’s see how the phone is appreciated in the market.
