The latest smartphone from the Motorola camp is of course the Motorola Atrix 4G and with said smartphone comes an HD dock, and it is that Motorola Atrix HD dock that has gained a review today, a dock that enabled the user to numerous displays via a 3.5mm audio jack, HDMI out and three USB ports.
The Motorola Atrix 4G dock has been reviewed by the guys over at Android Community who say that with the Atrix 4G dock the Motorola Atrix 4G gets transformed into a “Motorola Webtop user interface,” which enables the user to use the device as an HDTV.
The Motorola Atrix 4G dock also supplies an entertainment centre UI which can be controlled via an infrared remote that works the same as the on-screen controller. The Motorola Atrix 4G dock can connect to a wired or wireless keyboard or mouse, while the bluetooth keyboard and mouse connection doesn’t short out whilst powered up.
The Atrix 4G keyboard features numerous Android application shortcut keys and the chiclet keys are easy to use and can also be connected to a larger display. The guys have posted an abundance of images on their website if you wish to check them out.
The Motorola Atrix 4G is expected to become available on AT&T as of the 22nd of this month commanding a price tag of $199 with a 2-year contract as reported (here).
