UK mobility phone operator Orange has announced that the HTC Desire S is now available on their network here in the UK, and it is available from free for people who sign up to a new 35 a month contract.
The HTC Desire S features a 3.7 inch WVGA touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, and it comes with Android 2.2 Gingerbread, processing is provided by a 1GHz Qualcomm processor.
It has two cameras, a front facing VGA for video chat and a rear facing 5 megapixel camera which is capable of recording HD video in 720p and it also features a built in LED flash.
The HTC Desire S features 1.1GB of built in storage, and comes bundled with an 8GB microSD card, you can find out more details over at Orange.
