The video footage is an Android 3.0 Honeycomb preview running on the new Motorola Xoom of course at the Google event, and comes our way courtesy of CNETTV, and delivers a three and a half minutes look at what the new Android OS has to offer.

There is some debate on whether the Motorola Xoom along with the release of Android 3.0 Honeycomb can unseat the Apple iPad as the top tablet device out there once the Xoom is released, as reported (here), but I guess that will only be decided at a later date.
